Get Covered. Get in the Game. Campaign
Join coaches, school and community leaders who are participating in the Get Covered. Get in the Game. campaign to help kids who want to participate in sports programs have health insurance, so that they aren’t sidelined. Often, kids who aren’t insured, can’t play. Getting them covered will protect them both on and off the field.
The Get Covered. Get in the Game. campaign supports the Connecting kids to Coverage challenge, which calls on leaders of all levels of government and the private sector to help enroll the nearly five million eligible uninsured children in CHIP and Medicaid.
Campaign Materials
The Get Covered. Get in the Game. campaign was launched in seven pilot states: Colorado, Florida, Maryland, New York, Ohio, Oregon, and Wisconsin. These materials provide information to families and coaches about CHIP and Medicaid, so that they can help get kids covered and in the game.
